When you create an account or request a class, we collect your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, booking details and relevant administrative notes. We also receive limited technical and performance information through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, process booking requests, contact you about lessons, send confirmations or cancellations, maintain attendance records, provide customer support and keep the service reliable. Processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate operational interests and applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
Firebase provides authentication, database and file storage services. EmailJS delivers transactional messages. Vercel hosts the website and provides performance analytics. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service and may process data outside Malta under their applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Account and booking information is retained only while it is needed for studio operations, legal requirements and dispute handling. The application is designed to use authenticated accounts and role-based access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used.
